Prior to founding Legacy, the CEO was an executive and director of a publicly traded company, participating in raising approximately $60 million, spearheading over $100 million worth of transactions and strategic alliances and growing the company to a leader in its industry with approximately $300 million in revenue and over 400 employees. During her tenure, the Company also grew to a "Top 10 Small-Cap Stock" of companies headquartered in North Carolina and she was invited to ring the opening bell on the American Stock Exchange where the Company was listed and traded. Our CEO is also an attorney concentrating in Entertainment law and speaks on the topics of "Motorsports and Entertainment", most recently at The Racing Conference in 2010 and "Film Finance", at "Behind the Scenes: Film & Music Law". Our CEO is a Director of Bouncing Brain Holdings, LLC, which produces the television show "Everyday Edisons" and is a member of the Film Board of the Charlotte Regional Partnership.

Legacy Talent's Business Development Director was a NASCAR team owner, partnered with NFL legend Terry Bradshaw, had a featured team on the Speed Channel reality show NBS 24-7, was the local Marketing Director for the Charlotte Hornets and Promotions/ Merchandising Manager for the Charlotte Checkers, and serves on the Board of Directors of many organizations, including Victory Junction.

Legacy Talent's Booking Director and Social Media Manager was an on-air personality and Producer for FOX Charlotte and FOX News Rising, where she booked celebrity appearances, hosted a social networking segment on air, and was featured in a 4 page cover story in STYLE magazine.  

Legacy Talent's Publicist relocated from Los Angeles where she headed up publicity departments for entertainment companies and spearheaded events for awards shows and film festivals. 

Legacy Talent's Booking Agent relocated from New York where she specialized in brand positioning, fan sites, and online media and marketing.

In addition to entertainment industry experience, the management team also has NASCAR, NBA, AHL, legal, marketing, publicity, and operating experience with an extensive network of relationships, including entertainment industry, sports teams, sponsors, television networks, agencies, brokers/dealers, and Fortune 500 Companies, with whom it has closed many lucrative corporate endorsements.
